Shipping Policy

Every Anchored Grace Boutique item is made to order just for you. Because we create your items after your order is placed, our typical processing time is 7–10 business days.

Please note that processing time is the time it takes us to create and prepare your order and does not include shipping/transit time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order, including their quantity and weight.

Once your order has been lovingly created, packed, and is ready to head your way, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Then you can stalk your package all the way to your doorstep. We won't judge. 😉

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are made to order based on the selections you make when ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other customer ordering errors. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.

But if we made the mistake, we'll make it right! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. This helps us resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll work with you on the appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
